Payment & Service Continuity Terms

The quoted production work was initiated after the commercial terms were presented and agreed to by the buying party. The outstanding balance of Rs. 4,000 must be received by 08 August 2026.

If payment is further delayed beyond the stated deadline, CampusHub reserves the right to suspend or take down the hosted websites, platform access and project resources until all applicable dues are cleared. Any resulting downtime or loss of service during such suspension will not be considered the responsibility of CampusHub or its project team. Continued hosting, renewal, reactivation or additional resource allocation may be charged separately.

Clarification: Penalty charges apply only to the NSCH Safe Netizen Portal due to payment delay. Penalties for the Personal Portfolio are revoked. The Safe Netizen domain renewal of Rs. 1,350 remains separate from the Rs. 30,000 project total.

Payment & Website Availability Notice

Professionalism applies both ways. If putting this bill up on the website publicly is considered unprofessional, then so is the act of repeatedly delaying the agreed payments by over four months.

Going forward, the website and related project services will remain active only after the applicable payments have been cleared. This is necessary because certain hosting, development, maintenance and project-related investments are currently being paid directly from the developer's personal savings.

Once the outstanding dues are cleared, service continuity can be maintained subject to the applicable project and hosting terms.
